massage provides
This is my specialty and where my passion lies.
Massage stimulates the natural healing abilities of the body. The whole body and mind benefit as the breathing slows and deepens. I offer a range of massage techniques from a relaxing pampering Aromatherapy Massage to a Clinical Massage working on Trigger Points easing pain and discomfort throughout the body. I incorporate sports and deep tissue techniques into my work when appropriate.
Additionally I believe that combining a facial with a body massage is an experience that is indulgent and simply amazing.
I have a certificate in Advanced Clinical Massage from The Jing Institute of Advanced Massage Training in Brighton where I continue to work towards the BTEC accredited Level 6 (degree level) professional Diploma in Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage, the UK’s highest professional massage therapy qualification. Jing is the first and only educational organisation to offer this level of Body Work Training.
