My approach to massage therapy is warm, heart centred and nurturing. I take complete account of all your physical and emotional needs and am committed to working alongside you to achieve the results you want from your treatment.
Massage and Other Treatments
I am a massage professional offering a mobile massage service that comes to your home within the Cotswolds, Cirencester, Tetbury and the surrounding towns and villages. I can travel to your holiday home, care home or place of work.
I also provide massage treatments at Personal Best in Stroud: a unique clinic within a personal training studio.
My massage bed goes with me everywhere but if you would like a seated massage and prefer to be fully clothed my hands can be just as effective may be a foot and hand treatment or Indian Head Massage
Working intuitively I tailor my treatments to the needs of the individual aiming to relieve pain, discomfort and anxiety. This is described in more detail in an article on my blog page
In the Spring of 2022 I added a 60 minute Radiance facial using Made For Life 100% organically certified hand blended products made in Cornwall. Made For Life use an artisan method capturing Solar and Lunar energy suitable for vegans and vegetarians. I can also offer blend of massage and facial.

About Me
Breathing space began in 2007 while I was living in Cornwall. During 2020 I returned to Gloucestershire to be nearer family and renew my love of the Cotswolds. I enjoy the challenge of distance running and completed the London Marathon in 2018. I hope to run in the Weston-Super-Mare Half Marathon in 2022. I have a background in voluntary charity work, including Victim Support and Women’s Refuge. I currently volunteer as a Samaritan.
I am very proud of my northern heritage.
I find being a mobile massage therapist incredibly rewarding and the positive feedback from my clients has been wonderful
COVID 19
Raising Standards and Remaining Professional.
Spring of 2022 signalled an end to the legally required COVID restrictions and we are now personally responsible for our ongoing protection.
As a therapist I have a professional duty of care and it is my priority to treat my clients safely, effectively and professionally. To comply with my professional association it is considered best practice to continue with the use of a mask and high levels and frequency of cleaning/hygiene protocols.
Where and when possible I shall do consultations on line or by phone before the treatment.
